Well, it's been a long strange trip. I graduated from Coker College in 1989 and went on to be editor of two newspapers before I realized I was working 70 hours a week and getting paid for 30. So I left journalism and went into regional planning. Huh? Yeah, true it is. Did that for 7 years then went to work with the fastest growing school system in SC as their facility planner. I'm on marraige no.2 and have 2 wonderful girls from the first one. They live with us full-time and are doing great. My wife is from Oregon and we are planning on moving out there sometime. In fact, I've got job apps out there (and in Colorado) right now. For some reason, the northwest never really got out of my system. I miss the mountains. I just finished my master's degree in Management this past December and I'm very glad that's over. In my free-time I like to hunt and fish, play on the computer and, gasp, Dungeons and Dragons once a week with some ancient friends of mine. (Wait, wasn't Derek the one who played D&D?) Strange eh? Anyway, that's about it. I'm sure there's more but I have to keep some secrets, right? |
