me in an nutshell..."war" stories aside...
Grew up in Fresno, Ca.
SCC student from Nov. '83 until Nov. '84. After leaving SCC at the age of 17 lived with "Matt Carver" in Alameda, Ca. for roughly 9 months. Got GED in '85. Moved on to San Luis Obispo, Ca. for college in '86. Moved to Norht Shore Shore Tahoe skiied many days '89-91 . '91 moved to Boulder, Co. finished college in Denver, Hotel/Rest. Degree. '96 moved back to Cali., Santa Barbara where I currently reside.
Basically became part of the deadhead hippie community, traveled to many shows, made many friends across the U.S. and had tons of fun.
Currently, I am married to my wife Jen and we have a young baby girl Emily. Nothing like having your own child! I own a busy swimming pool service business. I love sports, I play golf (10.3 handicap), play beer league softball, still enjoy going to "jam band" type concerts (when I can) and we try to spend vacations with the family in Hawaii.
Personal note: I was in several hairy car accidents and feel lucky to be alive!
Often think about time at SCC, good and bad, and feel it helped shape some of who I am today. |

| Welcome Steve, It took a little while for me to remember the Kid I knew 20 years ago, but that bio helps. The traveling Dead caravan....the ski bum....now I remember. Good to see you are doing well...War stories aside.... |
