| When my Mom worked there she was doing the food service stuff I think. Anyways that was when Spring Meadow was up and going and we used to play baseball down there. Well I was younger then most of the students at that time and I used to attatch myself to a few kids. They were going to walk down the path to the river and I was running ahead. Well then suddenly appearing in front of me was this HUGE snake. It was the biggest thing I ever saw, a couple of feet long and as big as a tree branch. Well it had a nest into the cliff above the river and it must have been protecting it. But it scared me so bad I was in hysterics and the kids I was with (can't remember who) took me back. I think someone told me later is was a bull snake? Funny thing is I LOVE snakes. |
